PageFox vs RB2B
RB2B tells you who visited. PageFox talks to them while they're still on the page.
These are different answers to the same problem. RB2B produces a roster of US visitors after the fact. PageFox identifies the visiting company and starts the conversation during the visit — the moment the intent actually exists.
RB2B: the roster
RB2B resolves US visitors to LinkedIn profiles and pushes them to Slack. The output is a list of people who already left your site.
PageFox: the conversation
PageFox identifies the visiting company and engages the visitor with an AI agent while they are still on the page — before they leave.
Different failure modes
When RB2B cannot resolve a person, you get nothing. When IP lookup fails in PageFox, the conversation can still capture who the visitor is.
Consented contact data
Identity a visitor types into a conversation is consented and deliverable — not a scraped profile guess that may bounce.
Honest side-by-side
What each product actually does
Including the things PageFox does not do yet. Competitor facts reflect RB2B's public pages as of mid-2026.
| Capability | RB2B | PageFox |
|---|---|---|
| Person-level identification | Yes — US traffic only, resolved to LinkedIn profiles | Planned as a tiered add-on (US person-reveal); not live today |
| Company-level identification | Available in the product line | Live today, built into the widget |
| Conversation / chat layer | None — output goes to Slack after the visit | Core product — AI agent engages during the visit |
| Identity captured in conversation | Not applicable | Live — visitors volunteer who they are; consented and deliverable |
| Geography | Person-level reveal is US-only (as of mid-2026) | Company-level identification is not US-limited; conversation capture works anywhere |
| Entry price | From $79/month self-serve (published pricing, as of mid-2026) | Free plan; Growth at $99/month |
| Match-rate stance | Vendor-quoted resolution figures; fine print lists lower person-level rates by tier | No quoted number — your dashboard shows the real funnel on your traffic |
A word on match rates
The industry reality: person-level resolution in this category typically runs 5-20% of traffic in production, US-only, whatever the homepage says. PageFox does not quote a match-rate number at all — for company-level identification or anything else — because the honest answer depends on your traffic. Instead, your dashboard shows the live funnel on your own visitors: how many came, how many were identified, how many engaged. Judge the product on that.
Choose RB2B if a post-visit Slack roster of US visitors is exactly the workflow you want.
Choose PageFox if you want to identify companies and engage visitors before they leave the page.
