Talk to the person who builds PageFox

One person reads every message. Expect a reply within one working day (Monday to Friday, India Standard Time).

Send the message below and it becomes a lead inside our own PageFox dashboard — the same capture, scoring and routing your website visitors would go through. We read our own product every day, which is the only honest way to sell it.

Where each message goes

The topic you pick routes the enquiry to the address below. You can also write to any of them directly.

  • Sales, pricing or a demo

Questions about plans, limits, or whether PageFox fits how your website works.

    hello@pagefox.co
  • Product support

Install problems, something behaving unexpectedly, or a question about your own account.

    support@pagefox.co
  • Privacy, DPDP or a data request

Data protection questions, DPDP or GDPR requests, and DPA paperwork. Opt-out and deletion requests have their own form at /privacy/opt-out.

    privacy@pagefox.co
  • Legal and contracts

Contract review, terms questions, and anything your counsel needs in writing.

    legal@pagefox.co

Who you are writing to

PageFox — the product, and the one person who builds it. Rather than asking you to take that on trust, here is what you can open and check before you write:

  • Pricing — every plan limit on one page, generated from the same registry the product enforces, so the page cannot advertise a number the code does not honour.
  • Developer documentation — written against the code that serves it, and explicit about what does not exist yet.
  • Privacy policy — what is collected, how long it is kept, and how a request is handled.
  • Terms of service — the full legal detail of who you are contracting with, under which law, and where a dispute would be heard. Your finance and legal teams will want that page, not this one.

Faster than writing to us

If your question is about how something works, the documentation and pricing page answer most of it without waiting for a reply. To opt out of person-level identification or request deletion of your data, use the privacy request form — it is handled automatically and does not sit in an inbox.
