Terms of Service

PageFox is operated by Palanisamy Krishnan, a sole proprietorship registered in India, trading as Kaiaan Labs. Palanisamy Krishnan is the party you contract with under these terms. A sole proprietorship is not a separate legal person from its proprietor.

By accessing or using PageFox ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

PageFox is an AI sales rep and a mini CRM for business-to-business companies. It can answer visitors in a chat on your website, show which companies visit where it can resolve one, find and research companies and people that fit the buyer you describe, write emails for you to approve, and keep your leads, notes and follow-ups in one place. Which of these you get depends on your plan.

If you connect your own Google or Microsoft mailbox, PageFox queues the emails you approve and sends them from that mailbox, in your name and on your instruction. PageFox does not send an email to a prospect that you have not approved, and it never sends prospect emails from a PageFox address or PageFox's own mail service.

You are the sender of those emails. You are responsible for their content, for having a lawful basis to contact each recipient, and for following the anti-spam and privacy laws that apply to you and to them. You can disconnect your mailbox at any time.

PageFox uses AI models to generate chat responses from configured website knowledge and related context. While we strive for accuracy through retrieval-augmented generation, AI responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies. PageFox is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Billing is processed by DodoPayments. Payment, tax, invoice, and subscription handling are subject to applicable DodoPayments terms and PageFox plan terms. Subscription changes are outlined in our pricing page. No overage charges apply.

If you ask within 7 days of your first payment for a paid plan, we refund that first payment in full. Write to us from the email on your account and we issue it to the card you paid with.

Some company details shown in PageFox, such as industry, size, location and a short description, may come from licensed third-party data sources. You may view and use them inside PageFox for your own business. You agree that you will not:

• resell, sublicense or share that data, or anything built from it, with anyone else;
• copy a substantial part of it out of PageFox, or give anyone automated or programmatic access to a substantial part of it;
• use it to build a product or dataset that competes with its source;
• use it to decide anyone's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, a licence or a government benefit;
• use it to harass, stalk or discriminate against anyone, or in any way a law forbids.

These details are not sent through the PageFox API or webhooks. When your subscription ends, we delete them from your account.

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, you have a 30-day grace period to reactivate. After the grace period, PageFox schedules account data for deletion from active systems, subject to backups, legal obligations, security needs, and processor or subprocessor limitations.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. You and Palanisamy Krishnan submit any dispute arising out of these terms or the Service to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
