1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PageFox ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PageFox provides an AI-powered intelligence layer for websites, including chat functionality, visitor identification, lead scoring, and notification services.

3. AI Disclosure

PageFox uses AI models to generate chat responses. All conversations are clearly labeled with an AI disclosure. While we strive for accuracy through RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), AI responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies. PageFox is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

4. Payment Terms

Billing is handled by DodoPayments as our Merchant of Record. They handle tax collection, VAT, and compliance globally. Subscription changes are outlined in our pricing page. No overage charges apply.

5. Account Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, you have a 30-day grace period to reactivate. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.
