1. Who You Are Contracting With

PageFox is operated by Palanisamy Krishnan, a sole proprietorship registered in India, trading as Kaiaan Labs. Palanisamy Krishnan is the party you contract with under these terms. A sole proprietorship is not a separate legal person from its proprietor.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PageFox ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Description of Service

PageFox provides an AI-powered intelligence layer for websites, including chat functionality, company context where available, lead scoring, and notification services.

4. AI Disclosure

PageFox uses AI models to generate chat responses from configured website knowledge and related context. While we strive for accuracy through retrieval-augmented generation, AI responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies. PageFox is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

5. Payment Terms

Billing is processed by DodoPayments. Payment, tax, invoice, and subscription handling are subject to applicable DodoPayments terms and PageFox plan terms. Subscription changes are outlined in our pricing page. No overage charges apply.

6. Account Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, you have a 30-day grace period to reactivate. After the grace period, PageFox schedules account data for deletion from active systems, subject to backups, legal obligations, security needs, and processor or subprocessor limitations.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. You and Palanisamy Krishnan submit any dispute arising out of these terms or the Service to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
