Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No. Free is free forever. No credit card, no trial, no catch.
Do you price by conversations?
No — PageFox plans are packaged around websites, company enrichments, routing, dashboard access, branding, and automation, and you are never billed per conversation. The Free plan does include a capacity limit of 50 AI conversations per month: at the cap the assistant pauses for new conversations and resumes at the start of the next month, or immediately when you upgrade. Growth and Business have no monthly conversation allowance, but they are not unlimited either: each carries an abuse safety limit — 4,000 conversations a month on Growth and 20,000 on Business, set well above expected volume. If a workspace reaches it, the assistant pauses for new conversations and the workspace owner is notified.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing period — you keep full access until then.
What does "enrichment" mean?
Company enrichment identifies visiting companies where available. Visitor-submitted contact details and future Contact Reveal are handled separately with consent-aware controls.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts. Cancel anytime. Annual plans are billed upfront but save 20%.
What are proactive triggers?
PageFox can start a conversation before the visitor clicks the chat bubble — for example, if someone lingers on your pricing page for 30 seconds.
Do you charge overages?
PageFox plans are packaged around websites, company enrichments, routing, seats, and dashboard access. Future Contact Reveal, if launched, stays a separate add-on with its own approval and credit rules.
Who handles taxes and compliance?
DodoPayments is our Merchant of Record. They handle tax collection, VAT, and compliance globally.
