When someone visits a website using PageFox, we collect the following without cookies or persistent identifiers:

• Page URLs visited
• Time spent on pages
• Referrer URL and UTM parameters
• Device type, browser, and operating system
• Approximate location (country/city from IP)
• Session ID (generated anonymously, not persistent)

Enhanced Tracking (Tier 2 — Consent Required)

With visitor consent, we additionally collect scroll depth, click patterns, form interactions, and a persistent visitor ID cookie for return visit tracking.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to provide AI-powered chat responses, identify company-level visitors via IP enrichment (public business data), score lead intent, and deliver notifications to our customers.

3. Data Retention

• Anonymous visitor sessions (Tier 1): 90 days
• Identified visitor sessions (Tier 2): 12 months
• Conversation transcripts: 12 months
• Lead records: while customer account is active
• IP enrichment cache: 24 hours
