PageFox in Claude
Ask Claude what to do today, read a lead's brief before a call, and log what happened, without opening the dashboard.

What it does.
The PageFox connector gives Claude your PageFox workspace: today's list, each lead and its brief, and the pipeline. Claude can read them, and with your permission it can update a lead, add a lead, log an outcome, or ask PageFox to find more companies.
It never sends anything to a prospect. There is no tool that sends an email or a message; you send every message yourself.
Add it in four steps.
You need a PageFox workspace on the Business plan. To disconnect, remove the connector in Claude, or revoke its key in PageFox.
- 01In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and choose Add custom connector.
- 02Name it PageFox and paste
https://pagefox.co/api/mcpas the URL. - 03Choose Connect. A PageFox sign-in opens; sign in and approve read, or read and write.
- 04Back in Claude, turn PageFox on for a chat and ask about today's list.
What Claude can call.
| Tool | Access | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| get_today_list | Read | Today's list in PageFox: leads and companies waiting on you (next step due, replied, or no reply yet), new leads from the last 14 days, and this week's companies when that list is on. |
| get_lead | Read | One lead: name, email, phone, company they told you, pipeline stage, next step date, owner and a link to it in PageFox. |
| get_brief | Read | The one-page brief for a lead before a call: who, why it is worth it, what happened so far, the next step. |
| get_draft | Read | The reviewed draft message for a lead, for you to send yourself. PageFox never sends it. |
| update_lead | Write, asks first | Change a lead's pipeline stage, next step date or owner. Logged in PageFox with this tool and your assistant's name. |
| add_lead | Write | Add a lead by hand. An email or a phone is enough. A lead already in PageFox with the same email (else phone) is updated, not duplicated. |
| report_outcome | Write, asks first | Tell PageFox what happened with a lead: sent, replied, bounced, meeting_booked, meeting_held, no_show, won or not_a_fit. You may paste the reply so PageFox can suggest a mood label; the text itself is not stored. |
| find_more | Write | Ask PageFox to find more companies, for example "20 more fintechs in Pune". The request is queued; results arrive on your Today list within your monthly allowance. |
Things to ask.
- What is on my PageFox list today?
- Give me the brief for the lead from Acme before my call.
- Move that lead to meeting and set the next step for Friday.
- I emailed them this morning. Log it as sent.
- Add a lead: Priya, priya@example.com, Example Labs.
- Ask PageFox for more fintech companies in Pune.
Data and permissions.
Sign-in creates a key that works only for this connector and only for your workspace. Read access lets Claude see your list, leads and briefs. Write access also lets it change a lead's stage, next step date or owner, add a lead, log an outcome and queue a request for more companies. Claude asks before it overwrites a lead's stage or logs an outcome.
Every change is logged in PageFox with the tool and the assistant's name. If you paste a reply when logging an outcome, PageFox uses it once to suggest a mood label and does not store the text. PageFox does not read your Claude chats, memory or files.
Read the privacy policy for how PageFox handles data.
