Visitor identification pricing

Website visitor identification pricing, compared side by side

Nine tools, one table: what each charges to get started, what that entry price includes, whether it needs an annual commitment, and whether a free tier exists. Every figure was read from the vendor's own pricing page on 17 September 2026 and links back to it. One vendor publishes no price at all — stated plainly.

Free plan available. Growth is $99/month.

The master table

“Not published” means exactly that: the vendor states no number on its own pricing page, and we have not substituted one from a blog post. Prices change — follow the source link before you budget.

Read the table by column. These prices do not buy the same thing: RB2B meters person-level resolutions on US traffic, Leadfeeder and Albacross meter companies with a European centre of gravity, and Lead Forensics will not quote until it has measured your traffic. For the workflow side of the question, the comparison hub covers what each tool does rather than what it costs.

Leadfeeder pricing

Leadfeeder's paid plan, Discover, starts at €79 a month billed annually — €113 a month if you pay monthly — and covers up to 50 identified companies a month. Leadfeeder is now sold as part of Dealfront, whose pricing URL redirects to the Leadfeeder page, so that page remains the authoritative source.

Two details make the comparison fairer than the headline suggests. Unlimited users and unlimited tracked domains are included at the entry tier, which is unusually generous here — Leadinfo caps the same tier at three seats. And the Lite plan is €0 permanently, showing the last 100 companies a month with seven days of history: a real free tier, not a trial, and the quickest way to find out whether your traffic resolves to companies worth calling.

What the page does not publish is the history window on paid tiers, or where the price steps up past the entry band. Both are worth asking on the call: a 50-company cap is small for any site doing meaningful B2B traffic, and the second rung of the ladder is the number you actually pay from month three. Figures read 17 September 2026.

RB2B pricing

RB2B is free at $0 a month for 150 monthly resolutions, and its entry paid plan, Starter, is $79 a month for 300 monthly resolutions. Both are billed monthly; the pricing page publishes no annual discount.

RB2B prices a different unit from everyone else here, and that matters more than the number. A resolution is a person, identified on US traffic only, delivered as a LinkedIn profile into Slack or Teams. At Starter there are no email addresses and no integrations beyond that push; those arrive on higher tiers, which scale with resolutions. So $79 for 300 resolutions is not comparable to €79 for 50 identified companies: one is a list of people in a Slack channel, the other a list of accounts in a CRM-connected inbox.

The honest read: if your pipeline is US-only and an SDR process is already waiting for names, RB2B's free tier is the cheapest genuine starting point here. If your traffic is international, the resolutions you pay for will not fire. Our head-to-head is at PageFox vs RB2B. Figures read 17 September 2026.

Lead Forensics cost

Lead Forensics does not publish a price. If that is the question that brought you here, that is the whole answer, and no amount of further searching will produce an official number.

The pricing page names two plans — Essentials and Automate — and compares them on features only. It states that cost is calculated from your website visitor volume, and its FAQ explains that the figure is determined after a trial measures your traffic. Every route off the page is a demo booking, a sales call or a contact form. Checked 17 September 2026.

Third-party figures circulate widely, and we are not repeating them, because we cannot verify them against the vendor. What the model implies is clear enough: a volume-based quote after a measured trial is an enterprise purchase, to be judged against an annual budget rather than a monthly card. If you want a number before you speak to anyone, every other vendor in the table above except Warmly publishes one. For the alternatives in depth, read Lead Forensics alternatives.

How to compare these prices honestly

Four checks turn nine incomparable headline figures into a number you can defend in a budget conversation.

  1. 01

Divide by the companies you actually get

Entry tiers cluster around 50 identified companies a month, so the headline price means little until you divide by the cap. Albacross at €59 billed annually buys roughly what Leadfeeder Discover buys at €79, while RB2B counts resolutions and Happierleads counts leads — different units. Work out your monthly B2B sessions first, then price the tier that covers them.

  2. 02

Read the cap, and what happens above it

Every vendor here meters something: companies, resolutions, credits or tracked users. The number that decides your bill is the one you exceed in month three, and most tables show only the first rung. Ask what happens at the cap — identification stops, the bill steps up, or you are moved to a quote.

  3. 03

Price the contract, not the month

Three shapes appear here: month to month with a published number (RB2B, Happierleads, Factors.ai, PageFox); a monthly-equivalent headline that requires twelve months upfront (Leadfeeder, Leadinfo, Albacross); and an annual or quarterly enterprise commitment (Warmly). A €59 figure needing a year of budget approval is not competing with a monthly one you can cancel.

  4. 04

Check the history window before you buy

Visitor history is where entry tiers quietly differ. Leadfeeder Lite publishes 7 days; PageFox Free publishes 7 days and opens full history on Growth. Most others publish no window at all, which usually means it is a tier lever. Review pipeline weekly rather than daily and a 7-day window costs you leads you already paid to identify.

One thing the table cannot show: what happens after the identification. Every tool above hands you a company or a person and stops. That is the column PageFox is built for, and why our published plans include chat, scoring and routing rather than selling them separately.
